Tezos is an open-source blockchain platform for assets and applications with a focus on reduced energy usage in order to minimalize the impact on the environment. You will require a web crypto wallet like Temple or Kukai’ to access the site and buy art.

OpenSea is a platform that offers you the possibility to browse through a market of available NFT and to purchase these items. You will require a web crypto wallet called MetaMask to access the site and buy art.

I can advise using Coinbase which allows you to buy and sell both in a secure and reliable way via bank account transfers or credit card. Once bought there you can safely & cost free transfer an amount to one of the web crypto wallets.
